Cancellations: The decision of leaving the dock is at the sole decision of Captain Dave. This decision has to be at the discretion of a licensed captain. Generally, high wind is the weather factor that keeps us in port.
Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your trip two weeks in advance of your scheduled charter day. After that your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the boat on your scheduled day or if weather keeps us in port.
